Great box however I would like it if the door had a latch on the inside when we want to keep the door open.
Otherwise great product!

Terrible do NOT buy from this company ever

The lock on the door doesn’t latch to anything, rendering it useless and allows the dog to get in and eat cat shit (whole
point of buying this useless
garbage). The top door doesn’t latch to stay open so cat can’t get in or out. I’ve been trying to return it for a week now but customer service ignores my calls and emails and even tries to get ME to pay for return shipping. This is a waste of time,
money and resources. My only guess is that they pay for these good reviews because I just paid a lot of money for a hunk of junk. My bank will have to refund my and the best thing I can do is recycle this plastic
waste.

Nice, good quality large litter box

I really liked the litter box. It’s very nice for a good price, the only thing it’s missing that I’ve seen with similar litter boxes is a step that catches litter. It’s a pretty deep litter box, so for kittens and older cats a step would be really nice if sold as an accessory.
