The scoop is very weak at the handle, bent on the second use!
Previously tried two boxes for two cats and still had accidents outside the box. This is large enough for two cat, including a bigger cat. I appreciate the open lid concept - meaning, high walls, but not overheard confinement for cats who dislike that. So far, no accidents! The material is much easier to scoop, leaving little to no residue unlike plastic boxes. Only feedback is I wish I could have opted out of the included litter mat and scooper as they were not needed.
This is a really well made litter box, seriously the best I’ve ever seen. The cats love it, it’s easy to clean and sturdy is an understatement.
While I'm glad bought the product, the mat that was sent was too small so couldn't use it. It had the screw down lid andi later saw thean advertisment of the clamps which is much easier and less time consuming. The box is not tall enough to use the sticker hook for the scooper and hang it on the box which is where it should go. For the price, I will probably will not buy another if those things aren't improved.
The materials are good, but the fit is awful. The top and bottom pieces are well constructed but do not mate well. The clips merely hold them against each other. The rubbery gasket materials provided can help deflect, but any liquids that reach the lid are not likely to stay in. The lid needs to have a seam thatis inset in the lower section to create a seal protecting the seams between the two parts.
My cats do love the wide open design. Lots of room for my large boy to turn around.
